Chelse beats Swansea 1-0 to keep Top 4 dream alive

It wasn't the best football from the Blues but they got the result. Here we break down the game.

"Chelsea took the lead after only four minutes as Eden Hazard picked out Cesc Fabregas on the edge of the box and he superbly guided a sidefooted effort past the helpless Lukasz Fabianski. Swansea couldn't get any kind of intensity into their game in the first half, rarely troubling Antonio Conte's men.
"And it nearly got worse when Alfie Mawson almost scored an own goal, prodding the ball onto the roof of the net in the 21st minute.
"The home side improved in the second half, but found it incredibly difficult to trouble Thibaut Courtois.
"Andre Ayew came closest to finding an equaliser with 15 minutes to go as he attempted to imitate Fabregas' effort, but he curled his shot the wrong side of the post. Tom Carroll then angled a drive just wide with two minutes remaining, then Wayne Routledge shot straight at the goalkeeper."
